- The Copenhagen Card (72 hours, 889 DKK) covers transport and museums, including Louisiana, Kronborg and Roskilde, and pays for itself on this plan. Bikes cost 100-150 per day and the city is flat. The metro to the airport takes 15 minutes.
- Winter is 0-5°C and dark by 16:00. For hygge: Tivoli at Christmas (November to December), Louisiana and cafes. Reffen is closed. Cherry blossom at Bispebjerg in April and May.
- Coffee is 45 DKK, smørrebrød 90-150, a restaurant meal 250-400 and a beer 60. No tipping. Cards are accepted everywhere (no cash needed).
- Nordic cuisine: Noma has closed, but there are Geranium and Alchemist. Budget options: Hija de Sanchez, Gasoline Grill burgers, and the Juno and Hart bakeries.
